POLARFOAM PF-7300-0 SOYA, is an environmentally friendly, high performance, closed cell rigid polyurethane foam used for insulation, and is spray applied exclusively by certified applicators. POLARFOAM PF-7300-0 SOYA is fully self-adhered to the substrate, which helps make your building physically much stronger.

Why Spray Foam?
AIR BARRIERResearch shows that 40% of building heat loss can be attributed to air leakage conducted through the building envelope. Polarfoam PF-7300-0 SOYA exceeds 500 times the requirements of the National Building Code (NBC) as an air barrier material. By creating a sealed air barrier and eliminating air exfiltration, Polarfoam PF-7300-0 SOYA does not allow wall condensation that can often result in mold, mildew and wall degradation. Its closed cell rigid polyurethane foam formulation creates an effective, rigid, seamless and durable air barrier.
VAPOUR BARRIERPolarfoam PF-7300-0 SOYA water vapour permeance rate is below the maximum National Building Code (NBC) requirements for water vapour permeance (the speed which water goes through homogenous material). When a building envelope assembly contains only a plastic foam as insulating material, Polarfoam PF-7300-0 SOYA, this assembly does not need any additional vapour barrier. With one ecological insulation material you get 3 essential properties for a high efficiency building envelope in a single application; you increase the thermal performance of the building envelope; and you reduce the construction costs of the project and its energy consumption.
